Our office policies outline how scheduling, communication, and appointment expectations are managed to keep your visits organized and efficient.   • No-show policy + Cancellation policy
  • Our goal is to provide timely access to care for all patients. When an appointment is missed, it prevents another patient from receiving necessary care.
    • Cancellation Notice: We require at least a 24-hour notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.
    • Late Cancellation/No-Show Fee: Patients who fail to cancel within the 24-hour notice period or who do not show up for a scheduled appointment. (No-Show) will be subject to a fee of $30.00. This fee is not covered by insurance.
    • Repeated Incidents: Patients who repeatedly miss or cancel appointments without proper notice may be subject to dismissal from the practice.
  • Prescription refill policy
  • To ensure accurate and timely medication management, please adhere to the following policy:
    • Refill Requests: All refill requests should be made through your pharmacy. Your pharmacy will then send us an electronic request.
    • Time Frame: Please allow up to 72 business hours (3 business days) for us to process your refill request. Do not wait until you are out of medication.
    • New/Changed Prescriptions: New medications or changes to existing prescriptions require an in-office or telehealth appointment with a provider to ensure patient safety and proper diagnosis.
    • Controlled Substances: Refills for controlled substances may require a scheduled appointment and will not be processed after hours or on weekends.
  • Late policy
  • We respect your time and strive to stay on schedule. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete necessary paperwork.
    • Arrival Time: If you arrive more than 10-15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, you may be considered late.
    • Re-Scheduling: Due to the disruption it causes to the provider’s schedule and the next patient’s appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment to another day.
    • Late/No-Show Fee Application: If your appointment is rescheduled due to late arrival, it will be treated as a Late Cancellation, and the No-Show fee of $30 may apply.
